Product Description

Description: When we start a cabinet shop, we become managers, whether we like it or not. We must manage all of our resources. Your employees will work under any system you set up. There will be little or no concern on the shop floor whether the best method is being used or whether the best results are being achieved, whether the material and motion of men are being optimized. You cannot bring in a group of new machines and expect them to produce an unending supply of money if your management systems are not in place and working beforehand. Our objective is to supply the systems to make panel processing machinery work for you in the most efficient way possible.

This book is required reading for supervisors in my shop. Bob has done his homework here and is eager to share this wealth of knowledge with all. If you currently build frameless cabinets or are considering changing from face frame to frameless then this is the book for you. This book is worth the money ten times over!

I was blind but now I can see !        Rating:

I bought True32 Flow manufacturing in May of 2000. It has been for me, nothing short of life changing. Mr. Buckley is able to immediately impress upon the reader the need to have balance in ones life. In the manufacturing, and in particular cabinetmaking world in which many of us live, balance has been replaced by stress, depression and less than inspiring wages. Though the True 32 process, I was able for the first time in 13 years, get control over a manufacturing process. That process allowed me to deliver cabinets on time, to a better quality than I previously had, and the hope of scheduling time for things not of the cabinet world. These foreign things where family, freinds, and faith. It hit me like a ton of bricks, that I had been neglecting my personal and spiritual life, pursuing my elusive business goals. Now I realize you can have all three. One other note. I have always been considered a good cabinet maker. For the first time, I feel I'm on my way to becoming a Professional Cabinetmaker. Great Book.
